not qualified enough

just returned from taking sister to her atos medical.the nurse who was running the tests spoke to my sister for 10mins about her illness, then told her she was not qualified enough to deal with her and would get another appointment sent out to her. my sister was in bits facing this one and now through no fault of her own has to face the whole thing again. atos professionals you must be......... joking.

Feel for you both. Did you get the name of the hcp at the medical, becuase You should complain, that is dreadful. What about a complaint to you MP as well. Sending you both my thoughts, and really for you.

Hi Brian, it is really sad that your sister has had to suffer like this.

IF the ES50 was read before the assessment appointment was made and

IF any notes from GP's etc were also read

this would not happen.
