In the case of a person who has a friend who is a non dependent on Incapacity Benefit and not working at all (Not ESA) would the Housing Benefit Dept need just evidence of their benefit award and not details of all accounts and interest of that non dependent ?
I can see a stabdard deduction applies to ESA but nothing mentioned about IB and it seems therefore the not working category on less than x amount per week ( I think it says £122 or something like )
