You can not make a fresh claim for ESA until either 6 months has elapsed from the date of your fit for work decision, or you have new medical conditions, or your existing condition has deteriorated.
If you are unsure of the implications of this issue, you may be best seeking face to face advice from the CAB etc.
Once the month time limit has elapsed for you to appeal, it would be most difficult to submit a late appeal.
