Hi all, not been on for a while. Can anyone answer my question about renewal? I have down loaded DLA form onto my laptop and I am filling it in a bit at a time, can I print this and send this off or do I need to fill in the one they have sent me? And how many weeks before my old one runs out do I need to send it back?
