Thanks, Gordon. Sometimes it's hard to find things to read or manage to read everything when your time on the PC is limited. I was trying also to find where there was a list of disabilities and conditions that can be considered to be in the SG.

With respect to your limited time on the P.C., I understand how much of a problem this can be.
Have you thought of downloading and printing off hardcopy of our guides?
I was wondering if you have had chance to digest the info on descriptors/eligibility for the support group and have a clearer idea of which you think should have been applied in your case?
If none of the main descriptors seem to apply, there is always the exceptional circumstances criteria.
