first WFI interview

Hi,
I read recently that it's acceptable for claimants with high anxiety levels & agoraphobic conditions to request a telephone interview, for the first jobcentre plus WFI interview. Do you know if this is the case, please?

yes, i did & had a telephone interview. she was very undersanding.
