language used in suppporting letters

She has copies of bits of the guide and is going to write a supporting letter on what she genuinely and professionally believes apply to me.
But she was wondering if she used the language of the DWP/Atos would it look like she was just copying from them and they would what she was writing wasn't genuine?
eg if she talked about " a substantial risk to mental health if..."
and talked about 'wrag' and the support group?
She will be putting her reasons why she thinks these criteria apply to me so maybe that's ok?

This is a question on behalf of the mental health professional that regularly supports me.

Hi DN,
I cannot see any harm in your MHP using the correct terms and criteria, and how you meet said criteria with respect to your personal limitations.
After all the ESA Regulations and descriptors are openly available in the public domain, and it would not be out of the norm for someone in her position to have a good knowledge of the above mentioned.
cheers

A very helpful book complete with example letters in support of claims for ESA/DLA can be found in 'The Big Book of Benefits and Mental Health' by Judy Stenger - available from MIND.

Thank you Francis. I have just ordered it from Mind and will share it with other members of my therapy group.
