ESA and declaration

I have been on ESA work related activity for a couple of months because of Anxiety disorder and osteomalacia. However I have been forcing myself to do some voluntary work and try my best to get my health better.
I have just filled in my medical form and have declared quite alot about myself. I have been hole heartidly truthfull, however i feel this will go against me at my medical.
I've tried all avialable avenues from doctors with regard to myself and i am helping myself through alternative treatments and more up to date medical advancements from around the world. I feel all this may go against me.
Do you have to declare things like doing voluntary work, swimming or driving on the medical form and on the day of the assessment?

Hi J,
With regards to any activities that you may take part in, and whether said activities would be detremental to your claim, this would depend on the type of activity, and whether it was contradictory to your claimed limitations.

You need to be truthful in completing the form and in answering questions at the medical.
I don't believe that there are specific references to these activities on the ESA50 form, so there should be no need to include them.
However, you should expect to be asked about volunteering and driving during the course of the medical and should be aware that the ATOS "doctor" will draw conclusions from your answer.

With respect to a face to face medical, see page 63 onwards, (page 68 for likely questions asked) of the :
