If you wish to appeal, do not miss the 1 month deadline, as it can be difficult to submit a late appeal.
Simply state that you are awaiting your ESA85, which you have requested.
As an initial submission you could simply state that you disagree with the decision to award you WRAG ESA, when you feel that you should have been put into the SG of ESA.
With regards to your payment not going into the bank as normal.
We have heard of this from members who have suffered the same, on the day of their first payment of ESA.
My best advice would be to ring the office that deals with your benefit.
