DWP causing me panic attack now

I am in receipt of IB and top up mortgage payments with Income Support. I already have anxiety disorder. This morning I receive a letter that I owe arrear to my mortgage company. I phone mortgage company and they say DWP have given them nothing since Sept. I phone DWP and they say I am entitled to mortgage payment. I am now on 3 hour wait back from income support mortgage payment and I am freaking out and panicking coz they havent paid my mortgage amount. Why would they just suddenly stop paying it? No letter no nothing. Even though they tell me on phone I am entitled to the mortgage payment

I am sorry but Support for Mortgage interest is not a benefit we deal with on B&W.

As Moderators our area of expertise is in relation to disability living allowance, attendance allowance, the personal capability assessment used in connection with incapacity benefits and the work capability assessment used in connection with employment and support allowance. I know it is just a rant really. They are so incompetent, I am already serious ill with an anxiety disorder and they just make it worse by the way they operate and now make my home feel threatened.

Sorry but the Benefits Question forum is not a sounding off block for rants about the system.

We try to deal with geniune questions about the benefits we deal with in as timely manner as possible, bearing in mind all moderators are volunteers and are all disabled/chronically ill themselves.
