Hiya,new and lost..needing help

I have just joined and due to my condition have no clue where to look first!
I am already getting DLA but have just received my renewal forms, EEEEKKK!
I have lyme disease chemical sensitivity , electric sensitivity and all the co infections that come with a tick bite. -I have had this for many many years, neurological, the worst kind...lyme mimics lots of other illness's MS, ME, CFS FIBRO, PARKINSONS etc.
I cannot take any info in and have to do everything spontaneously as if i plan it my brain says no, your not doing that.
My fear is filling out the forms as since the last one i may of adjusted but not a lot of change...but lyme is not really recognized within the NHS and were treated like trash....i can no longer due to having septicemia take antibiotics and i am now all natural , seeing a natropath..another worry as no one takes them seriously either. I get high rate mobility but scared they will stop this as i can now get out more with carers, scared they will stop my DLA altogether with the new changes.
Without DLA and my carers my life would be point less.
sorry to go on but just trying to give you a brief! insight...there is no way i can fill out these forms with my brain, lots of damage from lyme...so now im here..what now...help

thank you, im not saying i wont, know i have too but all mind boggling...its not due to run out until March but panicking already, how long would you say their ASAP is?

thanks, just come back to find the downloads you sent me yesterday and cant find them...not the ones that are here but others..sorry to sound thick but where will they be?
