If you have appealed using a GL24 form, then the DWP will carry out a Reconsideration of your case, if the Decision is not revised, then your papers will be submitted to the Tribunal Service for a hearing.

If you did not use a GL24, then the liklihood is that DWP will just carry out a Reconsideration, you would then have the opportunity to lodge a formal appeal.
