Submitting Additional Evidence

I did same as you, saying I would submit additional evidence once I had seen their report, and had same result. I was told to send additional info straight to tribunals service. I have now been waiting over a year and had no tribunal date. In my opinion, I would send copies to the DM and once you get your letter from Tribunals service, send all copies of evidence to them too. I think that's as much as you can do unless you have enough energy to fight hard and complain. I don't, so here I sit like a bird in the wilderness!

omg a year & still no date?! wow.
i have complained twice about the way my WCA & Appeal has been handled & am still waiting on a reply from my second complaint.
iv been waiting 6 weeks & still no pack of documents from dwp or enquiry form from tribunal service.
i dont know wheather to wait to hear from tirbunal service or to try & find address for myself & send them my additional evidence, or send it to DWP & wait to see what their reply is first.
oh its such a merry go round!

I would sned any evidence (COPIES OF) to DWP with covering letter, and wait for letter from tribunals service. They are in my experience much more efficient than DWP and you even get letters back acknowledging the evidence has arrived, which is a revelation after DWP experience!
Remember it is a system, and a bad one. So try to keep it simple and don't chare your tail- you will only get yourself into a state, which won't help.
All the best.
