Hi folks, I'm hoping someone can help me. I was declined any dla..because of stuff going on it is now past the month to appeal , can I reapply for dla and if so how long after my first application.
I have also applied and been turned down for Industrial Disablement Benefit even though the accident happened at work and has cost me my job and who did they use for the medical !! yep same as dla !! I'm fuming ,I'm in pain 24/7 I am restricted to how long I can sit/stand/walk..even changed my car for an automatic to remove the clutch. So this I am appealing..just wish I had remembered the time limit for dla.

As it would seem that you are new to the forum please see :
There is no time limit for reapplying for DLA, as long as you have suffered the limitations/disabilities/needs, for 3 months prior to the application, and expect to suffer the same for 6 months after.
