Hi all

Can i get the severe disabilty premium with my esa if i live at home with my mother. I am over 25 and the property is rented by council?

You need to meet the following requirements

•live alone
•no one gets Carer's Allowance for looking after you
•you get the middle or highest care component of Disability Living Allowance
