Hi, I have eventually completed my ESA50 form. Is the Medical Support Servives the same as ATOS, that is the name at the top of the accompying letter and where can I get the address of the DM in Northern Ireland as I have been advised to sent a copy of my form and accompanying literature to both.

Hi J,

With respect to contacting the DM, you could either contact your local benefits office by phone to try and find out where the DM may be based, or you could address any written correspondence to The ESA Decision Maker, using the address on any letters that you may have in connection with your benefit.

This may seem a silly question,
but am I right in a assuming that you live in N Ireland?

Thanks Bro, yeah I'm from N.I. I got an address on one of those links, Cromac Avenue, Belfast but might just ring up and make sure it's the right place in case all goes missing.
