Thanks Bro, yeah I'm from N.I. I got an address on one of those links, Cromac Avenue, Belfast but might just ring up and make sure it's the right place in case all goes missing.
Thanks again
Jessica
O.K. J,
Thanks for confirming that, it's just that some people get confused as some of the DWP letter received here have an N Ireland address on the back of the envelope.
Cheers

Hi, well I rang the number that was on the letter that came with my ESA50 form and told them I had addional information and medical letters that I wanted ATOS and the DM to have access to. I asked what the address of the DM was and the lady said that ATOS and the DM are at the same address, the address that is on the ESA50 letter and envelope. What do you guys think I should do now? Sorry for going on but my nerves are wrecked and the sooner this is posted the better.
Thank you
Jessica
Hi J,
I can only comment on how things are here, and that is ATOS are contracted to carry out medical services for the DWP, and the DM is an employee of the DWP.
Have you got an address for the office that deals with your benefit payments?, as that is where I would advise members here to address any correspondence to the DM.

Hi, isn't the address for the decision maker the address when you first got your letter of transfer, right hand side of the letter. That is where the decision maker is based isn't it? The decision maker is an employee of the DWP as Bro 58 says. Have a look at all your paperwork, it is vital you get proof of posting when you send it off, espcially to atos. Good luck with it all.
Yes paula,
You could also address it to the Benefits Office named on the ESA Migration (transfer) letter that you receive at the start of the ESA transfer process.
