You need to contact your local Benefit Delivery Centre (BDC), the address and telephone number should be on any of the correspondance you have had from the DWP concerning your benefits.

Your ESA payments should be on the same day as your IB, see the following FAQ.

No, the BDC is seperate from the JC+ offices, you need to check your correspondance from the DWP for the contact information.
