I would be very grateful if someone could help me regarding my ESA
I hve been on ESA from IB for quite a while
recently i received a form asking me about my condition which i filled in
I was put back into the WRAG but thought i would be in the support group
On 15th November i had an appointment with a personal advisor who looking at the notes on the system said i am in the support group and should have not been called in
I asked him to clarify this and he said he'll get back to me. I called on numerous occasions and was told someone will get back to me
Today after speaking on the phone to him again he said no ones got bacj=k to him and said i might as well put an appeal in
unfortunately i am now over my 1 month deadline
can i still put an appeal in as there will be notes on the system of why the late appeal
its so annoying last year i was sent to pathways and they said they wont call me again as i was unsuitable because of my disability and this is what the personal advisor said too
i would be gratful if someone could point me in the right direction
also if i put an appeal in would i still continue receiving my ESA
please help

The DWP may still accept a late appeal, but you need to get it in as quickly as possibe. See the following FAQs
Is there any risk to challenging a decision?
Qualifying for the Support Group
How long do I have to appeal?
How to submit an appeal
You can also contact your Benefit Delivery Centre (BDC), the phone number should be on any the letters you have received concerning your benefit, they may be able to tell you which group you are in.

It may also help if you read all relevant sections in our FAQ's here :
FAQ’s
If you appeal a WRAG decision to be put into the SG, you will continue to receive the WRAG rate of ESA either until the WRAG award is changed at automatic reconsideration stage, or if not then, right up until the actual Tribunal Hearing decision.
