Am I a mushroom?

I am currently in the process of being transferred from long term IB to ESA. I had a medical at Balham on 9 November 2011 and the health professional said I should hear in 3 weeks. As it's been just over 4 weeks without a word I thought I'd make an enquiry to the JCP in Preston that handles my IB. I was told there was nothing on the system and I was transferred to the decision makers, I think, in Manchester. They told me they were awaiting the papers from ATOS. I duly contacted ATOS and was told the papers were electronically transferred on the same day as the medical on the 9 November!!! I rang the DWP back and voiced my concern. Apparently, somebody will ring me back within 3 hours! On top of all the current stress, I am now worried that my records have been lost and I will be called up for another medical!

Well, just had a voicemail on my mobile saying they haven't received a ESA 50 ( original questionnaire ) from me and they're sending out another form!! I've just rang them back and told them I'm not completing another form and am going to make a formal complaint and shall see my MP immediately!! I was told a manager from Belfast will contact me within the hour! What is going on??!!

He sure did as well as a supporting letter from my GP. He actually said it was the most informative questionnaire and Doctor's letter he had seen! Am still waiting.....

I need some help! People from Belfast are trying to contact me on my mobile and the signal is shocking. Have contacted Preston office again and been tole they haven't got my home telephone number, They most certainly have!! I want to complain but cannot find anywhere or anyone to complain to. Do any of the moderators know of a direct phone number or email address I can use? I need to sort this before I lose it completely!!!

Eventually, got Belfast to contact me. They told me I've been put into the WRAG group. I will appeal when the papers come through. Will I have to attend these interviews at the Job Centre while waiting for the appeal?
