What happens now was created by mistake
Hi Can anyone help with my query please.
I had a tribunal hearing on 15th November 14 months after my DLA was reduced at renewal, I was over the moon when the tribunal ruled in my favour by a unanimous decision.
I rang DWP today to see what was happening as I had heard nothing further from them. The lady told me that a form had been sent to the Operations Dept in Leeds but she didn’t recognise what the form was and couldn’t understand the file notes, she rang that department but they were at a Xmas lunch, the lady who answered in that dept did not recognise the form either and so I have to ring on Monday.
I am worried that they are now going to appeal against the Tribunals decision. Does anyone know what the Operations unit at DWP deals with and if they do appeal, who do they appeal to and if they win where does that leave me.
