And hopefully you also have his name, so pretty soon he can be joining at the back of those long lines of people seeking all these fairy land jobs they are so desperate to get ill persons into doing!

Just thought I would update you on the situation.I contacted Atos to lodge complaint regarding treatment at the hands of this young man and the gentleman I spoke to was most apologetic and sympathetic. He has given me a date for January with no problem at all. Thank you all for your support as without it I would not have nmade the call. They are to send me a form to lodge a complaint regarding my treatment. All I want is to be treated like a Human being and not to be made to feel worthless. Thanks again.

Pleased to hear you managed to speak with someone at Atos with a streak of humanity however should it happen again drawing the attention of Atos employee to their employer's Customer Charter may help even though it may not be worth the paper it's printed on!!

I note that they ask their "customers" to "Treat our staff with respect" however they don't appear to reciprocate in what the commit to you only to "treat you as an individual, listen to you and will strive to ensure you have a positive experience with us"!!!
