It also states my last payment is on the 28 DEC. I only got my letter today which is only 16 days away I thought I get one month ?

Hi Philip
You need to submit a GL24 form within one calender month of the date on the decision letter.
Please read the ESA appeal guide in the MEMBERS ONLY part of the site.
Good luck

Unfortunately your IB is only paid to the end of the current DWP payment cycle, usually 2-3 weeks. It also states my last payment is on the 28 DEC. I only got my letter today which is only 16 days away I thought I get one month ?

If I fill in the GL24 form is that asking for a appeal straight away. Should I ask for them to look at decision again first? When my money stops on the 28 Dec if I put form in will it carry on ?

Once you have lodged the appeal AND supplied a Fit Note covering the period from the Decision date onwards, you will be eligible for the ESA Assessment rate until your hearing or until the Decision is revised.
Have a look at the ESA Appeals guide, which explains the process in more detail. See

Hope this explains it.
