alsdo, get yourself quickly to an advice centre/CAB so they can help you with this, Representation is statistically associated with a higher chance of success

was looking at getting form in and letting them now I will be trying to get help from CAB etc. Will it change anything getting the form in but letting them now like it says in the guide. Also they have given me a written statement of reasons with the points on which is all [inaccurate]from what i said and what is in my questionaire. Shall I put all the reasons in with submitting the appeal or just one and say this is not the only reason ?

If I claim the assesment rate while I am appealing will I get reduced rate. I am 26 ?

You should get the full rate as you are over 25. See
