Hello. I have recently been transfrred from IB To ESA-WRAG without a medical.
I was wondering is it usual for the DWP to tell you how many points you scored against the descriptors or not. I do not want to ring them up and ask as I am appealing at this minute.

No, the DWP do not provide this information, but there is absolutely no reason why you cannot request the necessary information, whether you are appealing or not. See the following FAQ
