ese wrag only get paid for 12 months ???

hi i am awaitng the out come from filling out my questionaier to see if im elligible to claim esa as im being tranfer from IB I was just wondering if im placed in the work relateded group now like today,-in april when the new rules might be enforced -i.e - that you can only claim this for one year will the one year start in april 2012? when the changes are due to come in ? or will the 12 months start imeidatly form the very first date you start to claim it ie dec 12 2011 many thanks great site and gordon your a great chap thnaks

Please see 12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

It is retrospective, so if passed into law in April 2012, any time already spent in the WRAG will count towards the 365 day total.
