The assessor made it clear that he did not have the ESA50 questionnaire on file, so all he had about me was just one aspect of my condition: "Headaches".
I feel I did not convey the entirety of the ailments I suffer from and how they affect me.
Yet ATOS would not have arranged an assessment without first having received the ESA50 form.
I made a point at the end of asking him to put on record my concern that no details of my ESA50 was available to him and that he himself stated that there should have been, and mentioned some kind of admin. issue.
Should I complain to ATOS & Jobcentreplus?
Many thanks to all who contribute & maintain the great website, and Happy Xmas to you all!

Hi A,
Sorry to hear of your experiences at the assessment.
As you rightly say the ATOS HCP should have had your ESA50 at the assessment.
Only you can decide, whether to complain or not.
See details on complaining here :
Complaining to the DWP
Complaining to ATOS Healthcare
Best Wishes for the festive period.

Yes, but even with the ESA many issues often seem to be ignored.Only you can decide if you want to make a complaint or not but well done making sure to doctor made a note of your concern over it. Personally I think I would complain as the doctor really should have your ESA50, without it they have no insight into your issues.
If I were you, Augustus, I'd wait and see what the decision is before complaining as you may well have to have to attend another WCA if this one is judged to be unsatisfactory.
Fine if you've already been awarded "0" points - not so good if you've been placed in the Support Group.
