If you don'r return the forms as requested, its possible you claim(s) will be closed.
Its impossible to say if this will affect your DLA.
The guides produced by B&W should assist you in claiming but if you are finding it difficult to to use them, may I suggest that you seek immediate help from one of the Agencies below, that might be in a position to assist you face to face -
