I have been told by Welfare Rights that it is likely that when the 12 month ruling comes in force in APril (Contribution Based ESA), it isn't only people who have been receiving ESA for the past 12 months that will lose their ESA, but IB will count so anyone who has been on IB for the 12 months prior to April 2012, will not get any money.
Does anyone know if they are correct as I thought it was only ESA that would count.

Hi M155,
IB does not count towards the 365 day entitlement, it is only pertinent to Contributary ESA, (Time spent in the Support Group of ESA does not count).
