The The Employment and Support Allowance (Work-Related Activity) Regulations 2011, Clause 3, paragraph 3 states;I would like abit of advice regarding the work programme and the esa support group.in November 2011 i was transferred from the wrag group into the support group after sending in my new ESA50 form without having to go for a medical.i had been going to the wrk programme while i was in the wrag group but i have been told from the work programme that im still considered as been in the work programme even after been transferred into the support group and still have to attend the interviews that are part of the work programme scheme.I was just wondering if what i have been told is correct and still have to attend the work programme.I do not have to have a review of my my esa claim till sept 2012.Any help on this i would appreciate.
Hope this helpsA requirement to undertake work-related activity ceases to have effect if the person becomes a member of the support group.
