It is always best to put any requests, concerns, complaints etc, in writing, keeping a copy, and posting by recorded delivery.

At least then you have a paper audit trail to refer to, if the issue escalates.

received a call from Aberdeen this morning they cant say when i will have a payment because they have not built the claim yet.... how long do they need i sent it in in November?. But at last i have a name in Aberdeen she said ask for me and i will ring you back.i did say to her if they cant manage this amount of claims how are they going to cope 11,000 a week the reply was they will not......and thanks for the support,

just to keep you all posted still not had any money since the 29.12 11 not had any more replys from Aberdeen since my last post,phoned yesterday still not on any systems,if they cant cope with this amount how are they going to handle 11,000 a week...........

hi all, just a quick catch up finely had money 2 weeks ago,also received a reply from atos about the assessment and to my amazement they agree that they got part of it wrong,also the hcp has memory loss on all of the other complaints , so here we go again if they think i will go away they are wrong
