National insurance contributions with ESA

I understand my NI contributions are paid by ESA, I had to leave work 2yrs ago at 53yrs due to incapacity (I fell and damaged both ends of my back ). I am completely incapacitated and so am unable to work. How do I pay NI contributions after April if my ESA stops?
Thanks

Hi L,
Once a claimant has been in receipt of Contributary ESA for the proposed 365 day limit,(If the Welfare Reform Bill is passed as is), the claimant may be entitled to Income Related ESA, if they can pass a "means test".

I know if you're unemployed but have too much money for IB JSA you can sign on for "credits only". Is there going to be a similar option for those in WRAG whose entitlement to CB ESA has expired and who are not eligible for IB ESA to receive "credits only"?

Providing you continue to meet the requirements for ESA, which may require completing an ESA50 and attending a medical, you can receive NI credits.I'd also like to know the answer to this question.
