With the switchover to ESA on the horizon i was wondering if anyone can help. If a claim was started before 1995 ( i think thats the year) you didnt have to declare the benefit as income. With esa a taxable benefit will those that have been on IB pre 1995 now have their benefit become taxable and have to be declared as income?
