From incapacity to Wrag without medical

Please could someone help. I have just been placed in the wrag, yet i already do some work, for theraputic purposes. I have just been diagnosed with a mental illness on top of all the other physical illnesses i have. I did mention it on the form. I am now on long term sick, trying to get mentally well, and would like help to appeal. What do i do now? Can someone please go through the stages of appeal and tell what/ when to write. Thank you
