hi, plz can someone tll me who i can complain too my daughter moved out last year to be with her boyfriend , shes on esa when she notified the dwp about her change of address they put a stop on her money , she had to wait for a form to be sent out regarding her boyfriends income they have sent a form out three times each time its taken wks shes had no money for three wks shes asked yesterday to speak to the manager who said they would ring her before 4pm yesterday and guess what they didnt my poor daughter was heartbroken on the phone and suicidal she simply cant take no more upset they have told her she is still entitled to esa and it will be backdated that isnt the point she aint got no money for food or clothes as shes put weight on with her meds i think the way shes been treated is disgusting who can she address a complaint too? thanks in advance xx

hi, my daughter claimed esa up until novemeber when she moved in with her boyfriend , its then they put a stop on the esa pending forms being filled in regarding her boyfriends income this was in november, they have sent the same form out 3-4 times anyway i have told them this morning i intend to complain about the way shes been treated what i need to know is HOW MANY HOURS OF WORK CAN HER BOYFRIEND DO THAT WILL ENABLE HER TO CARRY ON CLAIMING HER ESA at present he is doing a 25 hour a wk they said they gona make a descion hopefully within the nxt few days and help would be greatly appreciated my daughter is really upset on the phone the way they have messed her about xx

I am assuming that your daughter is in receipt of IRESA, as there is no means test with CESA.
