I knoe you are very busy, just a very quick query, I have an e mail from my CPN that i have a copy of (he gave it to me) mentioning that I cannot tolerate high levels of medication and the problems I am expereiencing on Lithium. Wondered if it is worth including as evidence, because medication side effects are a huge problem for me and do have an impact on my every day life. The reason for the e mail is that I will be on methotrxate and Lithium together, so the Pharmacist has included that I will need a lot of closer montiroring becuase of the toxic nature of the medications. It would come under the medications and side effects I know, but is it worth submitting to show the problems of intorleranace?

Hi P,
Yes, you should include any evidence regarding side effects, or any special monitoring that you have to endure.
