Downloaded Copy ESA50

Hello,
Just a quick question if anyone can advise please. I am almost finished completing my ESA50 online Form.
Now the original hard pink copy obviously is still blank. Do i have to return both, or can i just send the white online form only without the pink form enclosed.
Will they accept the online white ESA50 form without the hard pink orginal copy?

I need clarification on this hopefully by monday please.

Hi ML,

It is perfectly alright to simply print off and send the Pdf Version of the ESA50.

It will be accepted by ATOS. See comments here :

You can keep the pink one that came through the post as a "Souvenir"

thankyou for clarifying that. This site is so helpful. Have been absolutely consumed with this form filling... it seems simple with the questions.. but theres many different ways to interpret them.
Alot of my answers seems to be very similar to answers ive already giveto other questions!.. no harm in repeating them i spose.
