quick question

i have just been to the doctors about my daughter and have found out that that atos have not requested/sent a letter to her GP about how her conditions affect her. can i ask what the from is called please? as i need to ring up the dwp to find out why they have not sent a form to ask how her conditions affect her.
I have had a look on the forum but cant find anything. thank you

Yes, you should inquire why they did not ask the G.P. to fill in an ESA113, to gain further evidence.
Especially if you gave his details on the ESA50

thank you very much. are dwp/atos required to send these esa113 form to your GP? The GP did give my daughter a supporting stating her conditons but was expecting an esa113 so she could tell atos/dwp HOW my daughters conditions affect.
Hi S,
You could argue that as the "Burden of Proof" is on the DWP/ATOS to gain sufficient evidence to prove that your daughter does not qualify for an award of ESA, that they should have issued one.
