Hi!
Just to let everybody know,my sister's problem is solved.Yesterday she called the DWP again. They apologised and told her she did not have to send anything. She received the basic payment today and was promised to receive the backdated payments by the next week. Many thanks bro58!Your words calmed her down quite a bit.I hope everybody's worries end up soon.
