what a waste of time and money i have a review form sent for dla after 12 years and they are going to again do this again with pip in 2013 and also from ib to esa how many times are we to be tested, its ridiculous and very destressing for us.

Although the transfer process will start in 2013, it is not due to be completed until 2016, so you could have as much as 4 years before you are assessed again.
