I have recently received and completed this form (with the help of one of their team)and am terrified that they are attempting to remove my benefits or reduce them or move me onto another benefit. I am so terrified that the worry is making me so ill. I cannot work and will never be able to again which they already know. I then received a further communication about a small occupational asking me to send further details which I had already had sent them with the original review form. I rang them and they took a statement and said someone would be telephoning me today. Is there a hidden agenda here? I am terrified they will call me for a medical which I could not cope with as my cogitive ability has been severely reduced due to my condition. Why are they doing this. I am now convinced I must have done something wrong and am about to be penalised. Please, help me understand why this is hapenning to me.
I understand your concern, but the reason you were sent the form is clearly stated on page 1:-
You have been getting Income Support for a while now. We need to make sure that you are getting the right amount of money.
The amount of money you are entitled to is based on the information you have already given us.
If anything changes and you do not tell us, you might get the wrong amount of money.
They are simply reviewing your position to check that your circumstances have not changed. This is why they may ask for updated information that they already hold. It shouldn't be anything to worry about.
