How long Do I Have To send Supporting Evidence ? was created by emma72
I recived a letter this morning from the DWP, it's dated 20th January 2012.
As its already 5 days since it was sent, can anyone tell me how long i have to submit additional supporting evidence ?
Ive made an appointment to see my G.P. on Mon 30th, and im going to try and get him to support me.
The letter doesnt say when the evidence has to be submited by ?

Replied by emma72 on topic Will i still be paid CB ESA whilest appealing ?
I forgot to add to my recent post.
if i appeal DWP decision, will i still recieve CB ESA ?As it would stop in April, what would happen, as im not well enough to claim JSA, and i wont qualify for Income Related ESA.

You have at most four weeks from the date of the letter, but if feasible try to return it earlier.
It might also be worth you while writing back to the DWP, acknowledging their letter and confirming that you will be supplying additional evidence.

As you have already qualified for ESA, you will continue to receive ESA(CB) at the WRAG rate while you appeal. With regard to the Time Limiting of ESA(CB), the legislation is still in flux, so I can only point you to our updated FAQ on the subject.
12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

As I understand it from your previous posts, you are appealing to be placed in the Support Group from the WRAG following being transferred from IB.I forgot to add to my recent post.
