Hi Fellow worrier's
Last October 2011 I was awarded DLA for both Mobility and Care on the high rate for a "Indefinite Period'.
My question is now that these new rules are coming in! and going over to this "PIP"
do I still have to go through this mindless "reassessment" ?
Can anyone Help?

Just to clarify,

Only DLA recipients of "working age", who have not reached State Retirement Age, will be transferred to PIP.

Any DLA recipients above State Retirement Age will continue to receive DLA, for as long as they continue to fulfill the qualifying criteria.

Hi R,

Even claimants in receipt of DLA awards "Indefinately" can have their DLA reviewed, after 12 months of receipt of said award.
