I think the OP is asking if there is any evidence that he or his doctor could provide that would spare him the stress of regular reassessments for DLA.

Sadly, the answer is no, as DLA is no longer awarded for life.

thank you. I am on hr care & mob. From mid rates I appealed & then tribunal. dla were blatantly ignoring dr's letters with initial claim & then appeal. However, I persevered & with the backup of C.A.B.doing GL24 I went to tribunal with no representation cos there just is none around.
when arrived, the court clerk had been trying to contact me to stop me from making journey because the tribunals decision had been made already to award high rates. dla had in fact incl drs letter in submission?? of which there was numerous erros incl surnames of other people.
My dr I know and also consultant will give me written conf that my health is an incurable case. I will send off and I will also go to tribunal again. I did my claims & have read an awful lot in this site. I thank you immensely for changing my life and making my care possible to obtain.
