Limited capability for work questionnaire was created by Brendan
Hi All,
On the 9th September 2011 I recived the news that I would be placed into a work-related activity group without a medical.Having been on Incapacity Benefit then they replaced it with the Employment and Support Allowance.Today I got a letter with another form asking me to fill it in and then in the future be called in to see a medical person for a interview.Is this the way they do things? Can any one out there help

With regards to your query, I am afraid that there are no exemptions from the ESA WCA, as there was with IB, in being classed as PCA exempt.
There are no indefinate awards, and claimants can expect to be reassessed at regular interval, see :
