All of ou DWP information is public domain, so yes you can include it a part of your submission to a Tribunal.Hi!
With regard to appealing; am i allowed to include a copy of the pdf of the medical services update on comunication as part of supporting evidence (highlighting the extract about visual impairment) that i was assessed using the wrong guidelines.
Or is there something to prohibit this?
