hi can anybody tell me if i am exemt from a personal adviser interveiw due the fact i receive the carer premium i know from past advice i`m exempt from work focus interveiws i`ve just received a letter saying i must attend thanks.

You do not have to attend WFI's if you are in receipt of Carers Allowance, or the Carers Premium.
I did provide you with a link to the actual legislation, so that you could print it off as back up.

Hi S1,
Are you sure that you are in receipt of the "Carer Premium", for giving care to someone else, if so the above applies.
Receipt of Disability Premiums does not give any exemption.

the claim for welfare and support is in my name i get extra money because my partner is a carer to me is this the same as above many thanks
Hi S1,
If it is you that receives the "Care", rather than you giving the "Care" to someone else, it is unlikely that you will be in receipt of Carers Allowance, or The Carers Premium.
I have a feeling that you may be in receipt of Disabilty Premiums, due to your receipt of Middle or Higer Rate Care Component of DLA.
