hi is there any way out of this mess
1..I claimed HB on a new property I had to move into to meet the need of my two grandchildren who I have always cared for both life limited complex needs I wrongly assumed that minor adaptations would be done urgently
and they took six weeks during which time I had my HB suspended sadly my life fell apart then and
1 social care not meeting the childrens needs judicial review massive issues SC want to put them in residential so they dont support at all
2 lost transport to take them to school massive have to take them myself
3 one childs health detiorating and all associated with that due to have rods placed in spine any time soon
4 child wrongly placed in pmld class at school massive have to fight then find no support then find solicitor then move school for both children I have a 7 yr old as well anyway in my try to stay sane mode of thinking .I think dont claim for 6 weeks and that will offset the 6 weeks I did claim for which very sadly due to all stress I was going through turned into 19 weeks so now I am interviewed under caution pursued relentlessly accused of fraud and none of the above issues resolved am trying to fight these sharks but sadly life takes over and I keep missing deadlines or one of the kids shreds the letters and I find myself questioning why has it got to this when they clearly had all the info they needed to see I was not a benefit fraudster and now I find after going to two tribunals that they are saying that reasonable adjustment doesnt come in to the equation and I feel it should am I right should everybody make reasonable adjustment

Hi WN,

Although you have my sympathy, I'm afraid that the subject matter of your post is beyond our remit.

We only deal with generic queries regarding ESA, IB, DLA, AA and PIP.

We could not possibly give any constructive advice regarding your HB problems.

You really do need professional face to face advice, please see this link for potential sources of such advice.

Where to get advice?

Please see also :

Why can’t you answer a question about my specific claim?

If you have any queries regarding the benefits that we deal with, please repost, and we will do our best to help.
