Support group Exceptional circumstances ? was created by emma72
Hi Everyone,
I recently sent a letter to the DWP with regards to my current situation being reconsidered.
I didnt fill out an ESA booklet this time, i just wrote a letter of Appeal, and sent supporting evidence.
I 'm not sure whether i have done this correctly as the 2 SG descriptors are confusing ? ?
If you were found not to have limited capability for work ?
If you were found not to have limited capability for work related activity ?
I am in the WRAG at present, and i am hoping to be placed in the SG, so i'm not sure which one is correct ?
Any help most appreciated, thank's

Being found to have limited capability for work = ESA (at least WRAG)
Not being found to have limited capability for work = no ESA at all
Being found to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA support group
Not to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA WRAG or no ESA at all.
Being found to have limited capability for work but not to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA WRAG

Sorry to be a pain, i'm not really grasping this !
On my Tribunal Award, it say's, awarded ESA with the WRAG component.
I just assumed i wasnt in the SG, or they would have said ?I know i'm not on SG rate of pay, sorry again, really confused.

Awarded ESA with the WRAG component means you're not in the SG.
