Forced to claim JSA but won't be for long have hospital appointment .
Sorry to hear that you were unsuccessful at your appeal hearing.
You don't say whether you were migrated from IB to ESA or whether it was an IB appeal hearing, but whichever is the case if more than 26 weeks have elapsed from the date of the decision on your last claim, you would be entitled to reclaim ESA if you are still unfit for work.
This may be preferable as it would relieve you of the strict conditions attached to JSA, where you are expected to be actively seeking work. You can reclaim ESA and also have an appeal running together at the same time as an appeal to the UT, if you decide to pursue this course of action?
